A one-sheet speedy supper that is sweet and delicious and super easy, for those nights when you just need something simple.
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas 6. Place the sausages, green beans and squash cubes on a baking tray or roasting dish. Sprinkle over the fennel seeds and drizzle everything generously with olive oil. Toss slightly to coat, season with salt & pepper and roast for 20-30 mins, until everything is soft, golden and cooked through. Serve on its own or with some crusty bread, a green salad and some mustard to dip the sausages in.
