Delicious, buttery, chewy and crumbly flapjacks that are low in sugar (all natural) and even contain some veg! An easy healthy snack.
Preheat oven to 200C/400F/gas 6. Lightly grease and line a 22cm/9in square baking tin. Melt the butter, salt, xylitol and rice syrup in a large saucepan. Stir in the remaining ingredients then press into the prepare tin. Bake for 15-20 mins. Allow to cool completely, then slice into 12 squares.
