Ingredients
  • 8 tbsp no added-sugar peanut butter (use tahini for nut free), crunchy if you want to have a little peanut crunch in the sauce, or smooth for a silky one
  • 250 ml (1 cup) coconut milk
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp tamari
  • 1 tsp fresh grated or minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric and a grind of black pepper, optional
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a jar, screw the lid on and shake until incorporated. If it's struggling to combine, heat for 10 secs in the microwave to soften the peanut butter and shake again.
