Insanely easy and completely sugar free, this peach ice cream is perfect for summer and tastes completely indulgent despite only containing 2 ingredients! Easily made vegan.

Ingredients
3soft ripe peaches(I used flat ones)
1/4cup (60g)creme fraiche (yogurt works here, too - use coconut cream or coconut yogurt for vegan to get the same creaminess)
rice syrup or stevia to taste,optional
Instructions
Chop the peaches into chunks and freeze them for at least 4 hours.
When they are frozen, blend them with the creme fraiche and sweetener, if you are using it.
This will make a very soft serve ice cream and you can eat immediately if you like, but if you want to a little bit more set, pop it in a container back in the freezer for an hour or so until it is the consistency you like.
