I understand. Because mama, I’ve been there. But common sense balanced eating as a family shouldn’t have to be complicated.
I believe that you don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen to create healthy food your family will actually eat!

Hi! I’m Claire.
My mother brought me up on real food and wholesome cooking. I always assumed I would do the same. Then cancer hit. Then kids. Then chronic fatigue syndrome. Grief. Unemployment. Postnatal depression. I spent years putting out fires, exhausted and overwhelmed, believing there had to be a better way.
A chance encounter with a month-long “sugar detox” experiment changed everything for me. My tastebuds changed, sugar cravings ceased, feelings of guilt and frustration around food were a thing of the past. And the more I did it, the easier it got.
I’ve developed systems, recipes and tricks to make feeding my family healthy food easier, quicker and less stressful. I spend less money, less time and less energy on food, and feel healthier, happier and more relaxed on top of it. My kids eat what’s put in front of them (at least 80% of the time – they are still kids!). We plan, prep, cook and eat together. And at last, I can make cooking fun, for me and my family.
